WHAT IS SEVEN MAIL, AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
In simple terms, SEVEN Mail is an Always-On Push Email software that on activation, will connect with your mail server or ISP, retrieve your emails and push them to your mobile phone or device.

The email will appear on your mobile device just as it normally does on your PC or Notebook, and with all the regular features like Send, Reply/Reply All, Forward, Attachments, Cut, Paste, Copy, …etc.

SEVEN Enterprise Edition allows you to do Calendaring (make, re-schedule or cancel meetings and appointments), access your Contacts file, as well as receive and send Intranet mails.

All these functions are performed in Real-Time, and all actions on your mobile device are mirrored on your PC or Notebook Over-The-Air (OTA).

This means that you can virtually run your office from anywhere the GPRS is active.

WILL SEVEN MAIL WORK ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

SEVEN Mail is “Always-On”, and a SEVEN Mail feature on your mobile device will automatically alert you once a mail is retrieved from your external mail box.

WHAT SECURITY FEATURES DOES THE SEVEN MAIL HAVE?
SEVEN Mail uses a 128-bit AES Encryption as standard. This provides a looped security end to end. That is from the sending device or server to the receiving device or server, encrypting not just the heading but the entire body of the message.

It is estimated that it will take a ‘Cracking Hardware’ about 149 BILLION YEARS to crack the encryption used as standard in all SEVEN Mail Editions.

WILL MY GSM SERVICE PROVIDER CHARGE ME FOR DOWNLOADING E-MAIL TROUGH SEVEN?
GSM service providers charge less than 70k (Seventy Kobo) for 1 kilobyte of data. 1 kilobyte is 1024 characters (letters, numbers special characters, symbol and spaces). This is a quite smaller amount of money for a much larger information compared to that of SMS you can find out from your GSM service provider the amount they charge for 1 kilobyte of data. Meanwhile our price is fixed such that even if you send trillions (or more) e-mails in a month you will still pay a fixed amount

SUPPOSING SOMEONE SENT ME A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF E-MAIL INCLUDING ATTACHMENT I WILL HAVE TO PAY SO MUCH?
When your e-mail comes to you and alerts you, SEVEN Always-On mail will show you that the size of your e-mail (in kilobytes or megabytes) and asks you if you want to open the e-mail.
